Stuck at home watching your gains go down the drain? Here at Apocalypse Labz we like to be prepared for anything, so here's a workout to keep your gains in check while this insanity continues.  

For this workout you'll just need a deck of cards.

Here's the workout rules...

  1. Flip a card - Do that many pushups (Jacks, Queens, Kings are 10 and Aces are 11)
  2. Flip another card – Do that many lunges, and no, the number on the card is not total, it’s per leg
  3. Flip a third card – Do that many air squats
  4. Flip a fourth card – do that many situps
  5. Repeat the circuit 

You can change this up by switching out the exercises each time. Do this circuit during commercials, or between episodes!

Diet is key so you can do all the pushups, lunges, squats, and sit-ups you want, but if your diet is junk, well, it’s going to be even harder.  What we put into our bodies is what we get out of them, so be smart and keep an eye on what you're eating.
